Guidelines for Keynote Presentations
Dear Keynote Speaker,
To ensure consistency and visual harmony throughout the ISPRM25 scientific program, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines when preparing your keynote presentation:

Template Use: Please use at least the first and last slides from the official ISPRM25 presentation template. These ensure a unified identity across all keynote sessions.

Slide Design: For the body of your presentation, you are welcome to use your own slide designs or adapt the layouts provided in the template, depending on what best suits your content.

Use of Maps: Should your presentation include a map of Morocco, we kindly request that you use the official version approved by Moroccan authorities. This map is already included in the provided template and ensures proper geopolitical accuracy.

Guidelines for Oral Communications Presentations
Dear OC Speaker,
Thank you for contributing to the 19th ISPRM World Congress. To ensure a professional and coherent experience for all participants, please follow the guidelines below when preparing your Oral Communication (OC) presentation:
Presentation Format & Timing

Each Oral Communication presentation is limited to 5 minutes maximum, followed by audience engagement if time allows.

Oral Communications are scheduled at the end of the related scientific session, creating thematic continuity and audience interest.

Some sessions may include several Oral Communications presented consecutively. Please remain available during the entire session to ensure smooth transitions.
Template Use
We kindly ask you to use at least the first and last slides from the official ISPRM25 PowerPoint template. These ensure visual consistency across all sessions.
Slide Design
For the body of your presentation, you are free to use your own designs or adapt the layouts provided in the template, depending on what best suits your content and scientific message.
Use of Maps
If your presentation includes a map of Morocco, please use the official version approved by Moroccan authorities. This map is provided in the ISPRM25 template to ensure accuracy and consistency.

After this date all Oral Communication will have to be presented onsite to the IT PRESENTATION OFFICE (see the Sub Floor Plan) in a USB flash Drive at least one session prior to your presentation timing.
Guidelines for e-Posters Presentations

To ensure a consistent and professional display across all sessions of the ISPRM25 Scientific Program, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines when preparing your e-poster presentation:
Template Use
Please use the official ISPRM25 e-poster template to create your e-poster. This ensures a unified design throughout the congress and enhances the visibility of your research.
Poster Format Requirements
Once your e-poster is finalized, it must be exported as a single image file with the following specifications:

Format: JPG (.jpg or .jpeg)

Orientation: Vertical (Portrait)

Size: Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels)

Resolution: 300 dpi
This format ensures that your poster displays correctly on the congress e-poster platforms.
Exporting from PowerPoint – Recommended Steps

Complete your poster design in PowerPoint using the ISPRM25 template.

Go to the “File” menu and select “Save As”.

Choose the location for saving your file.

In the “Save as type” dropdown menu, select “JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg)”.

Click “Save”, and when prompted, select “Just This One” to export only the poster slide.

Verify that your image is saved at the correct resolution (300 dpi). You may adjust the output size and resolution in PowerPoint’s advanced settings if needed.
Use of Maps
If your poster includes a map of Morocco, please use the official version approved by Moroccan authorities, which is provided in the template. This ensures proper geopolitical representation.
