Concept of the multifunction sit-to-stand device in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy

Neuro-orthopedic complications observed in children with cerebral palsy result from inadequate adherence to positioning protocols, exacerbated by the variety of posture devices available. The multifunctional verticalizer developed in Abidjan, which accommodates multiple positions, presents a viable solution to this issue. Its primary advantage is the ability to maintain the child in various required positions throughout the day with minimal intervention from parents.
