Foot and ankle pain is a common problem in adults due to multiple factors. It is responsible for debilitating pain and affects the quality of life. Foot and ankle pain is multifactorial in origin. Various treatments have been documented including medication, modification of lifestyle, injections and surgery. Foot and ankle pain is a common problem in all ages observed in the clinical setting.
The course will cover anatomy, biomechanics and radiation treatment options of foot and ankle pain. Lectures will be followed by rotations at different stations. The presentations will be on anatomy, biomechanics, clinical features and minimally invasive procedures for foot and ankle pain. Each speaker will focus on particular section. It’ll conclude with questions, answers in discussion.
