Despite the near eradication of polio worldwide thanks to the vaccine, patients with polio sequelae remain numerous and challenging in terms of their rehabilitation care. The care of patients with polio sequelae was at the heart of the structuring of the PRM specialty and remains a model for learning the discipline. The aim of this workshop is to present the current global and transdisciplinary approach to patients with polio sequelae, in terms of prevention, orthosis and neuro-orthopaedics.
