This workshop aims to introduce participants to the 3D slicer software. The goal is to share practical applications of the software in rehabilitation, research and teaching, and demonstrate its utility in patient monitoring during rehabilitation. Overview of 3D slicer in this part we will take about the history of 3D slicer, how to install and present the interface. How to Perform Segmentation with 3D slicer: we will talk about how to do a segmentation , to analyse data and to visualise segmented date. 3D slicer and PMR we will share some applications of 3D slicer in rehabilitation.

The 3D Slicer software is free and can be downloaded from slicer.org. Each participant will use their own computer and must pre-install it on their laptops without any special configuration.
