Congress registration refund policy

All bank transaction costs are to be borne by the ordering customer.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email) to xxxxxxxxx.

Only cancellations received before xx/xx/xxxx will be refunded, except for administrative fees (100€?)

 

• Cancellation requested until xxx – refund, less administrative fees
• Cancellation requested until xxx – services charged at 60%. Change of name in the registration is possible until xx/xx/xx
• Cancellation requested after xxx – no refund. Change of name in the registration is possible until xx/xx/xx
