ISPRM 2025 – Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Conditions
All payments must be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Please indicate “ISPRM 2025”, the participant’s full name, and invoice number on all payments.
Payment is due upon receipt of the order. If payment is not made on time, your registration may be canceled.
Full payment of registration fees and any additional services is required at the time of registration (via credit card or bank transfer).
From July 15, 2025, only credit card payments will be accepted.
All bank fees related to transactions must be borne by the participant. Payments made via bank transfer may be subject to additional charges imposed by your local bank.
Personal cheques will not be accepted for on site payment.

Modifications & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and modification requests must be submitted in writing via email to registration@isprm25.com.
Refund policy:
Cancellations received before June 15, 2025 → Full refund minus an administrative fee of 25%.
Cancellations received between June 16 and August 31, 2025 → 40% of the total registration fee will be retained.
Cancellations received after September 1, 2025 → No refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed after the event via the original payment method.
Name changes in the registration are allowed until October 1, 2025. After this date, no modifications will be possible.
