All presenters selected for E-Poster presentations at the 19th ISPRM World Congress are kindly reminded that the final deadline for E-Poster submissions is October 22nd, 2025, at midnight (CET).
To ensure smooth integration and technical preparation before the congress, no extensions will be possible after this date. All approved E-Posters will be displayed on the official interactive digital screens throughout the event, as well as online via the E-Poster program page.
Your E-Poster must be prepared using the official ISPRM25 PowerPoint template and exported as a vertical JPG file (Full HD, 1080×1920 px, 300 dpi) before submission. This format guarantees optimal visibility and consistency across all digital displays.
During the congress, E-Posters will be available on-demand throughout the day, and presenters will have the opportunity to attend their screen and present their work during free viewing hours.
