To ensure easy and convenient access to the Palmeraie Convention Center, a complete shuttle service has been organized for all congress participants.

Global Shuttles (for all badge holders)

Daily transfers will operate from two main gathering points Koutubiya and the Train Station  to the congress venue.
Morning departures are scheduled at 7:30 and 8:00
The pickup zones are clearly marked with ISPRM25 flags for easy identification.

Direct Hotel Shuttles (for hotel residents only)

Participants staying in official partner hotels will benefit from direct transfers between their hotels and the congress venue.

• Meridien Hotel: Departures at 7:30, 17:45, and 20:00

• Wazo & Ibis Nakhil Hotel: Departures at 8:00, 17:15, and 19:30

• Be Live Collection Hotel: Departures at 7:45, 17:15, and 19:30

Return trips from the congress venue to these hotels are scheduled at 17:00, and 19:15.
All gathering points in hotels will be marked with ISPRM25 flags for easy access.

This shuttle service is free of charge for all registered participants wearing their congress badges.
We recommend arriving a few minutes before the departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
