Airports

• Marrakech Menara International Airport (RAK) – Located just 30-35 minutes by car from the Palmeraie Convention Center and most central hotels.
• Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (CMN) – Morocco’s largest airport, around 2.5 hours from Marrakesh by car or 3 hours by train.

Taxi Services

• From Marrakech Airport to the city center: approx. 100–150 MAD (10–15 EUR).
• From Marrakech Airport to the Palmeraie Convention Center: approx. 150–200 MAD (15–20 EUR).
• Official airport taxis are available 24/7; always agree on the fare before departure.

Shuttle & Transfers

• Official ISPRM25 shuttle services will operate daily between selected hotels in the city center and the Palmeraie Convention Center (morning and evening).
• The shuttle plan will be published later

• Marrakesh Airport → Palmeraie Convention Center: 12 km (20–25 min)

Tips for a Smooth Arrival

• Carry some Moroccan dirhams (MAD) in cash or change in any bank at the airport for taxis.
• For those arriving at Casablanca Airport, direct trains to Marrakesh are available every 2 hours (approx. 3 hours, tickets from 100–150 MAD).

To make your participation at ISPRM25 as smooth as possible, we encourage all attendees to complete their registration online before October 22, 2025.

Online Registration (Recommended)

• Register directly through the official ISPRM25 website before October 22.
• 15 days before the event, you will receive an email with your Registration Receipt, including your full name, country, registration ID, and registration type.
• Simply print this receipt and present it at the congress venue to receive your badge.

On-Site Registration

• Late registrations will be available on-site at the Palmeraie Convention Center from November 1 to 3, 2025.
• To save time, you must already have a website login before arriving.
• If you do not, computers with internet access will be provided at the venue so you can create one on the spot.
• A dedicated desk will handle late registrations.

Badging Process

• After presenting your Registration Receipt at the correct desk, you will receive your official Congress Badge.
• Your badge grants you access to all scientific sessions and exhibition areas.
• If you are registered for the USPRM Courses, you will also receive a USPRM bracelet along with your badge, required for course entry at desk 7.
• With these simple steps, you’ll be ready to enjoy ISPRM25 without delays.

Shuttles

During ISPRM25, daily shuttle services will connect the main partner hotels in central Marrakesh with the Palmeraie Convention Center. Morning and evening transfers will be available to ensure smooth access to the venue. The detailed schedule will be published soon on the official website and sent to all registered participants.

Taxis

Taxis are widely available in Marrakesh and remain a convenient option for reaching the congress venue. The Palmeraie Convention Center is located approximately 15–20 minutes from the city center. We recommend agreeing on the fare with the driver before departure (average 80–150 MAD, depending on distance and traffic).

Exhibitor Access & Installation

• Exhibitors will be granted early access for booth installation starting from October 31 at 20:00 until November 2 before 07:00. This time frame ensures that all exhibition areas are fully prepared before the opening of ISPRM25.
• Please note: all installation crew members must wear their official Staff Badges from October 31 onwards. Security checks will be in place at the venue entrance, and access will not be allowed without proper accreditation.
• With shuttles, taxis, and dedicated exhibitor access, the Palmeraie Convention Center is fully prepared to welcome all participants and partners in the best conditions.

To make your experience at ISPRM25 as smooth and enjoyable as possible, a Help Desk will be located at the entrance of the congress venue. Our team will be available throughout the event to answer your questions and provide guidance.

Accessibility Support

Attendees with physical disabilities are encouraged to indicate their needs during the registration process. This will allow us to prepare appropriate assistance, including wheelchair access and dedicated support staff, ensuring full participation in the congress.

On-Site Assistance

Friendly hostesses will be present across the venue to guide you through the congress areas. Look for the team wearing the special “ASK ME” badges — they are here to help with directions, program information, and any logistical concerns.
