As we continue preparations for the 19th ISPRM World Congress, we want to ensure clarity and transparency regarding the cancellation and refund policy for all participants, exhibitors, and partners.
Please take note of the following updates, designed to address both standard cancellations and exceptional situations beyond participants’ control:
Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations before June 15, 2025: Full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.

Cancellations between June 16 and August 31, 2025: 40% of the total registration fee will be retained.

Cancellations after September 1, 2025: No refund will be issued.
Name changes are allowed until October 1, 2025. After this date, no modifications will be possible.
All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to: registration@isprm25.com.
New – Force Majeure Refund Policy:
In the event of official border closures, armed conflicts, or natural catastrophes that prevent travel to Marrakesh, a special refund policy will apply:

A refund of 60% of the total payment will be issued.

Refunds in such cases will be processed after the financial closing of the event, depending on the congress budget settlement.

An official supporting document (such as a government notice or travel restriction declaration) may be requested to justify the refund claim.
