  • Founder and developer of the first university department of PMR in Casablanca, meeting international standards and serving Moroccan and African patients.
  • Trained more than 100 Moroccan and African physicians in PMR, with expertise in:
      • Spasticity assessment and botulinum toxin injection
      • Electroneurophysiological examinations
      • Podiatric assessments and prosthesis prescription
      • Quantified gait analysis and robotic rehabilitation
      • Isokinetic and urodynamic evaluations
  • Published numerous articles in national and international indexed journals.
  • Recipient of the first research prize from SOFMER (2002) for studies on quantified gait analysis in hemiplegics.
  • Contributed to establishing PMR programs in Senegal, Ivory Coast, Chad, Niger, Cameroon, Congo, and Benin by hosting residents in Casablanca and conducting training workshops in Senegal since 2013.
  • President of the Moroccan Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (SOMAREF).
  • Active member of SOFMER and Executive Member representing Africa at the ISPRM.
